Embrace the cold – Expand your mind

Your comfort zone is a lovely, relaxing place to hang out (hence the name) but not much growth tends to happen there. Sometimes the key to success lies in the very thing you’re trying to avoid. By putting yourself in challenging situations, like swimming in ice cold water, you can actually rewire your mind.
It has been scientifically proven that being exposed to cold water is not only beneficial for the body, but has great positive effects on the mind as well. It has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve productivity, and generally enhance quality of life.

In the first episode of our new video series “Better Begins in the Mind“, Arthur Irving takes us for an invigorating and mind-altering swim in very cold water.
